Mr. Endre Fazekas is an old sweat in Hungarian food industry who has been particularly successful in several branches. The managing director of Sió Eckes gave an interview to Élelmiszer in a new role on the account that the fi rst Paprika Gourmet Delicatessen Shop was opened in Barcelona on 18 February, in the management of which he participates as a co-owner. We asked Endre Fazekas how this dream that has been cherished for a long time came true.
